Mander Interiors Inc. is currently hiring experienced Drywall Installers to join our residential renovation team in Winnipeg. We have two full-time, permanent positions available. Work is performed on-site at various residential construction locations. What You'll Be Doing You will be responsible for a variety of drywall installation and finishing tasks, including: • Measuring, cutting, fitting, and installing drywall sheets • Positioning and securing sheets to metal or wooden studs or joists • Cutting and installing metal corner beads to protect exterior corners • Taping over joints using a taping machine and embedding tape in compound • Filling joints, nail indentations, holes, and cracks with joint compound using a trowel and broad knife • Smoothing out excess compound and allowing coats to dry This is hands-on physical work in a fast-paced construction environment. This role focuses on staff supervision, meal preparation coordination, and quality and safety standards. We are seeking someone with restaurant experience who is comfortable leading a small team in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time, permanent on-site position.
