Job Description
A+ Value Cabinetry & Countertops is a Winnipeg-based Cabinetry & Countertops company specializing in residential and commercial renovation projects. We are currently seeking an experienced Renovation Manager to oversee daily operations and manage renovation projects from start to finish.
This is a full-time, permanent position based in Winnipeg, working on-site at various residential locations.
Role Overview
As a Renovation Manager, you will coordinate daily site activities, supervise team members and subcontractors, and ensure projects are completed to specifications, timelines, and budget expectations.
Your duties will include:
Planning and organizing daily operations
Preparing and managing work schedules
Supervising a team of approximately 5–10 workers
Inspecting subcontractors’ work to ensure quality and compliance with plans
Preparing estimates and bids for renovation and restoration projects
Communicating with customers, architects, and engineers regarding project plans
Maintaining supplier and trade contractor directories
This is an on-site position. Work must be completed at physical project locations.
Work Environment
Projects may involve dusty and noisy conditions. The role requires attention to detail and the ability to manage tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma (1–2 year program)
Minimum 5 years of relevant commercial/residential, renovation/construction, management/coordinating experiences
Valid driver’s license
Own steel-toed safety boots
Strong organizational and supervisory skills
Reliable and able to manage daily operations independently
Position Details
Location: 346 Saulteaux Crescent, Winnipeg, MB, R3J 3C7 and various residential project sites.
Employment type: Full-time, permanent
Hours: 37.25 hours per week
Wage: $32 per hour (to be negotiated)
Start date: As soon as possible
Company car available with travel allowances and gas reimbursement
