Role Overview As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse/distribution centre. You will lead a team of warehouse staff, ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment, proper inventory management, and a safe and efficient working environment. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires both operational precision and strong people management skills. Key Responsibilities • Supervise, coordinate, and schedule daily warehouse activities including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping • Lead, motivate, and manage warehouse staff to meet productivity and accuracy targets • Oversee inventory control processes including stock counts, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation • Ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of wholesale orders destined for vape shops across Canada • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in compliance with health and safety regulations • Monitor and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all warehouse functions • Coordinate with the sales and logistics teams to prioritize shipments and resolve order discrepancies • Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality; report and manage discrepancies • Operate and oversee the use of warehouse equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks • Track and report on key warehouse performance metrics (order accuracy, turnaround times, inventory levels) • Train new warehouse staff and provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback • Assist in the implementation of process improvements to increase warehouse efficiency Job requirements Education • College or CEGEP diploma in logistics, supply chain, business, operations management, or a related field • Equivalent combination of education and hands-on warehouse experience will be considered Experience • Minimum 2 to less than 3 years of experience in a warehouse supervisory or lead role • Prior experience in wholesale, distribution, or consumer goods warehousing is a strong asset • Proven track record of leading a warehouse team and meeting operational targets Technical Skills • Proficiency in inventory control software and warehouse management systems (WMS) • Competent in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for reporting and tracking • Forklift certification is an asset Who You Are • A natural leader who leads by example and earns the respect of your team • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy • Effective communicator—able to give clear direction and provide constructive feedback • Calm under pressure with the ability to prioritize and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment • Dependable, punctual, and accountable with a strong work ethic • Safety-conscious and committed to maintaining a compliant and hazard-free workplace Working Conditions • On-site role at our Scarborough, ON distribution centre — no remote work • Physically demanding environment; standing, lifting, and moving inventory is required • Fast-paced, high-volume warehouse setting with tight turnaround expectations • Supervision of warehouse team Benefits Health benefits: Dental plan, Health care plan, Vision care benefits How to apply If you are an experienced warehouse leader ready to take ownership of a key operational role at a growing Canadian wholesale company, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct regular inspections of warehouse, office, and retail facilities to identify and address maintenance or safety issues. • Perform minor repairs on lighting, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems; coordinate contractors for major repairs when required. • Carry out general maintenance tasks including painting, drywall patching, caulking, and basic carpentry. • Assemble, install, and maintain shelves, storage racks, display fixtures, and office furniture. • Monitor and maintain facility systems such as HVAC filters, fire extinguishers, doors, and lighting to ensure safe operation. • Maintain dock doors, pallet racks, and storage areas in safe and functional condition. • Move and reposition furniture, equipment, and supplies to support operational needs. • Maintain inventory of maintenance tools, materials, and spare parts; prepare purchase orders as needed. • Keep maintenance areas, exterior spaces, parking lots, and walkways clean, safe, and clear of debris or snow. • Assist contractors or skilled tradespersons during specialized maintenance or repair work. • Perform preventive maintenance and maintain accurate records of completed work. • Work independently while adhering to safety standards and company procedures.
