Role Overview
As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse/distribution centre. You will lead a team of warehouse staff, ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment, proper inventory management, and a safe and efficient working environment. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires both operational precision and strong people management skills.

Key Responsibilities
• Supervise, coordinate, and schedule daily warehouse activities including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
• Lead, motivate, and manage warehouse staff to meet productivity and accuracy targets
• Oversee inventory control processes including stock counts, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation
• Ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of wholesale orders destined for vape shops across Canada
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in compliance with health and safety regulations
• Monitor and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all warehouse functions
• Coordinate with the sales and logistics teams to prioritize shipments and resolve order discrepancies
• Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality; report and manage discrepancies
• Operate and oversee the use of warehouse equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks
• Track and report on key warehouse performance metrics (order accuracy, turnaround times, inventory levels)
• Train new warehouse staff and provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback
• Assist in the implementation of process improvements to increase warehouse efficiency

Job requirements
Education
• College or CEGEP diploma in logistics, supply chain, business, operations management, or a related field
• Equivalent combination of education and hands-on warehouse experience will be considered

Experience
• Minimum 2 to less than 3 years of experience in a warehouse supervisory or lead role
• Prior experience in wholesale, distribution, or consumer goods warehousing is a strong asset
• Proven track record of leading a warehouse team and meeting operational targets

Technical Skills
• Proficiency in inventory control software and warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Competent in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for reporting and tracking
• Forklift certification is an asset
