Clean and sanitize items such as dishwasher mats, carts and waste disposal units 2. Clear and clean tables, trays and chairs 3. Place dishes in storage area 4. Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas 5. Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand 6. Scour pots and pans 7. Keep records of the quantities of food used 8. Package take-out food 9. Portion and wrap foods 10. Prepare, heat and finish simple food items 11. Serve customers at counters or buffet tables 12. Stock refrigerators and salad bars 13. Take customers’ orders 14. Use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice and trim foodstuffs 15. Clean and sanitize kitchen, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances and equipment 16. Handle and store cleaning products 17. Receive, unpack and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards other storage areas 18. Remove kitchen garbage and trash 19. Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors 20.
