The Moose Neighborhood Pub is looking for Two Permanent, Full-Time Cook who could join immediately with them. The following are the requirements for the job. Location: 1485-5th Ave Valemount BC V0E 2Z0 Position: Cook Anticipated start date: As soon as possible Wage: $16.75 per hour Work hours: 30 hrs per week Position Available: 2 (Two) Job Duties and Responsibilities: Prepare and cook complete meals, according to recipes and company standards. Observe and test foods to determine if they have been cooked sufficiently. Follow recipes and cooking procedures to ensure quality products are served Supervise the kitchens helpers and schedule their work shifts. Weighs, measures and mix ingredients according to company recipes and using various kitchen utensils and equipment. Oversee kitchen operations and maintain stock levels in the work area Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures Estimate expected food consumption; procure food from storage or suppliers.
