• Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods. • Prepare dishes for children food allergies or intolerances. • Plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies. • Inspect kitchens and food service areas. • Order supplies and equipment • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers. • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment. • Clean kitchen and work areas • Manage kitchen operations. • Completion of a program for cooks or completion of college or other program in cooking or food safety or several years of commercial cooking experience may be required. • Food Safety Certificate required. • Ability to follow instruction and direction. • Able to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally always. • Professional appearance and manners for both office and job site responsibilities. • Flexible and Excellent customer relations. • Must have time-management skills. • Adaptable to change and be able to handle multiple priorities under pressure. • Eager and focused to exceed guest expectations. 40 hours per week Vacancy - 1 Position
