Technical Sales Supervisor

(Business Name as: Interstate Battery System of Brampton) at 7835 Highway 50 #14-15 Woodbridge, Ontario is looking for a Technical Sales Supervisor; for a salary of; $40.06 per hour for 30.0 hours per week. Qualifications; • Minimum of two years of experience in sales related to the company’s products and service or in a industry related technical sales occupation • Must have excellent customer service, organizational, problem-solving and communication skills • Must have excellent leadership and supervisory skills • Must be able to work well in a fast-paced environment • Completion of secondary (high) school is required • Fluent in oral and written English is required Job Duties • Managing accounts in a select territory, servicing their multiple battery needs. • Supervise a team that sells technical services, products, and systems. • Coaches sales representatives to meet or exceed selling targets. • Develops relationships with current customers and identifies potential new customers. • Coaches team in the creation and delivery of compelling technical presentations that present current and future products to potential customers. • Utilizes technical acumen to understand and gather customer requirements and to prepare specifications and generate quotes. • Participates in contracts negotiations. • Partners with internal technical and marketing teams to utilize customer insights and market intelligence to contribute to the product roadmaps. • Tracks and reports on the team’s sales targets and goals. • Assists with managing the accounts of key customers. • Supervise a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. • Troubleshoot technical problems related to equipment. • Reports to a manager.
