Husteel Canada Co. Ltd. (the “Company”) specializes in the distribution of steel pipes. The Company, the Canadian subsidiary, imports the steel products from Husteel Co., Ltd. and distributes the products in Canada. The products consist of line pipes and piling pipes.

Position: Accounting Bookkeeper
Available Position: 1
Terms of Employment: Full-time, Permanent
Wage: $39.00-43.00 per hour
Work Hour: 30-40 hours per week
Benefits: 4% Vacation Pay from Gross Salary, Extended medical insurance
Work Location: 203-409 Granville Street, Vancouver, BC V6C 1T2
Job Duties:
-Maintain record of daily transactions and balance general ledger
-Engage in daily meeting with parent company in Korea to review consolidated accounts, intercompany transactions, and other subsidiary reporting matters.
-Maintain Accounts Payables & Receivables including tracking invoices, PO, etc.
-Process payroll
-Generate regular P&L statements, income statements, and balance sheets.
-Communicate with external CPA for company financials and tax filing.
Requirements:
-Completion of Secondary school
-Completion of post-secondary accounting or bookkeeping related program, and/or 3 years of experience as a bookkeeper for a commercial venture.
-English is required
