Bon Sushi is looking for F/T, Permanent cooks.

Position: Cook
Available Position: 2
Terms of Employment: Full-time, Permanent
Wage: $22.00-25.00 per hour
Work Hour: 30-40 hours per week
Benefits: 4% vacation pay
Work Location: 4454 W Saanich Road, Victoria, BC V8Z 5L3
Job Duties:
-Prepare complete meals and all our menu items.
-Plan new menu items and develop seasonal and special menus.
-Keep kitchen clean and sanitized.
-Train other kitchen helpers in preparation, cooking and handling food items.
-Maintain and operate kitchen equipment according to rules and regulations
-Keep inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
Requirements:
-Completion of secondary school
-2-3 years’ work experience as a commercial cook is required.
-English is required
