SNH DINING LTD. dba Sushi Nara-Gladwin in Abbotsford, BC seeks a Permanent and F/T RESTAURANT MANAGER.

Duties:

- Plan, organize and evaluate daily operations.
- Develop and analyze budgets to determine costs (food, ingredients, and cleaning supplies) and boost overall profitability.
- Monitor revenues and manage financial performance.
- Modify food preparation methods and prices in accordance with the budget.
- Accurately cost products and services, balance cash, and complete balance
sheets, cash reports, and related forms.
- Recruit, supervise, and train staff to maintain service standards.
- Establish staff work schedules and monitor ongoing performance.
- Conduct regular performance reviews.
- Determine types of services to be offered and implement effective operational
procedures.
- Negotiate arrangements and contracts with suppliers for food and other supplies.
- Organize and maintain inventory levels efficiently.
- Participate actively in the development and implementation of marketing plans.
- Provide customer service and address customers' complaints or concerns.
- Ensure strict adherence to all health and safety regulations.

Requirements:
Completion of secondary school
3 years to less than 5 years of work experience in related field
Proficiency in English

Hourly Wage: $35.00 to $39.00 per hour depending on related work experience.
Working Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
