Salary: $32.20 to $37.50 hourly (To be negotiated) / 30 to 35 hours per week

Terms of employment: Permanent employment, full-time

Starts as soon as possible

Responsibilities
Tasks
• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications
• Measure, cut, and shape wood, drywall, and other materials accurately
• Use screws and nuts to assemble building materials
• Build window frames, walls, doors, staircases, and frame buildings by using raw materials or pre-constructed items
• Ensuring structures are level, square, and securely assembled.
• Inspect and repair damaged structures when needed
• Operate power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently
• Removes damaged or defective parts or sections of structures and repairs or replaces them using hand tools.
• Comply with health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with supervisors, subcontractors, and team members to complete projects on time
