Tasks

Developing, and implementing efficient management and operational systems to support both in-store and online business processes.
Evaluating existing processes and systems to identify opportunities for improvement and enhanced operational efficiency
Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting business and operational data to support decision- making and improve overall workflow.
Developing, documenting, and applying policies and procedures to ensure consistent and high- quality management practices across the organization.
Creating quality assurance processes and monitoring system performance to ensure accuracy, reliability, and compliance with company standards.
Identifying operational discrepancies, proposing solutions, and implementing necessary adjustments to improve system performance and workflow.
Supporting preventive maintenance and continuous improvement of internal systems to enhance productivity and minimize disruptions.
Collaborating with team members across sales, inventory, and online operations to ensure seamless integration of business systems and data.
