Jo and John Meat Produce & Delicatessen Ltd located at 2001 Wharton Way Mississauga , Ontario L4X 2B2 is looking for Head Butcher-retail or wholesale( NOC 63201) to join our team

Responsibilities
Supervise other butchers and meat cutters
Train new butchers and meat cutters
Weigh and assign meats and products for sale and production
Clean meats to prepare for processing or cutting
Cut carcasses, sides and quarters
Prepare special cuts of meat ordered by customers
Cut, trim and prepare standard cuts of meat
Remove bones from meat
Grind meats
Train meat cutters
Make special sausages
Slice cooked meats
Prepare special displays of meats, poultry and fish products
Shape, lace and tie roasts, other meats, poultry and seafood
