Job Description:
Drive commercial truck-trailer units’ long haul to transport various goods and materials to various destinations across USA/Canada; Responsible for completion of paperwork such as freight bill, load sheet, log books, Bill of lading and Trans-border documentation; Trip planning using GPRS; Conduct Pre-trip and in-route inspection; Safely secure the load, Maintain accurate records of cargo, hours of service, fuel receipts; Receive and relay information to dispatcher; Oversee Loading and unloading of loads; Oversee condition of vehicle and inspect tires, lights, brakes; May drive as part of a two-person team or convoy ;Perform other related duties.


Requirements:
Class-I Driver’s license or equivalent
Airbrake Endorsement

Notes:

USA visa would be an asset but not required. Applicants can apply upon employment.
