OCK TOUR LTD. in Surrey, BC seeks a Permanent and Full-time Travel Agency Manager.

Duties:
-Manage the day to day activities of staff and assign duties.
-Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations.
-Plan and direct all promotional and marketing activities for the business.
-Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes and effect of competitors’ operations on sales.
-Determine merchandise and services to be sold, and implement price and credit policies.
-Promote and marketing the business to new or niche markets.
-Manage budgets and maintain statistical/financial records.
-Respond to customer inquiries, comments and complaints.
-Maintain current knowledge of customer demand and interest for specialty products and packages, such as for sustainable tourism.
-Liaise with travel partners, including airlines and hotels, to manage booking sand schedules.
-Determine staffing requirements.
-Recruit, hire and supervise staff.
-Conduct performance reviews.

Requirements:
Completion of secondary school
3 years or more years of work experience in related field
Proficiency in English

Hourly Wage: $45.00 per hour / 30~40 hours per week
