Job Description:
• Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure adequate level of inventories of the required materials
• Prepare and submit reports
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures to safeguard safety, compliance, security and customer service.
• Arrange for maintenance and repair work
• Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
• Train workers in duties and policies
• Arrange training for staff
• Conduct performance reviews
• Co-ordinate, assign and review work of the em
• Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
• Establish work schedules and procedures
• Plan, organize and oversee operational logistics of the organization
Requirement:
Completion of a post-secondary education program of two to three years in business, supply chain, production or manufacturing management and related is usually required.
