Job Description:
• Preparing drywall sheets including measuring, cutting and fitting for installation on walls and ceilings.
• Secure sheets to metal or wooden studs or joists including protection of exterior corners.
• Fill Joints, holes, cracks with joint compound using trowel and broad knife.
• Put tape over joints and embed tape in compound.
• Prepare surfaces by taking out excess compound, ensure surface is dry and apply. successive coats of compound and sand seams/joints.


Requirements: Completion of a three-to-four-year apprenticeship program or a combination of over three years of work experience in the trade and some high school, college or industry courses.
