Job duties:
Work closely with the Recruiting Manager and coordinate the office administrative procedures and assist in managing daily administrative activities within the school, ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently
Establish work priorities and ensure that all tasks, such as student registration and file management, are completed on time
Support applicants by providing guidance, and assisting with paperwork, forms, and communication to help them understand program offerings and navigate admissions
Coordinate and implement office administrative procedures to streamline student intake, registration, and admission processes, including evaluating and improving existing procedures
Provide guidance and support to eligible students in applying for financial aid to increase enrollment
Follow up on student progress throughout the admissions process
Track and analyze registration data to improve admission rates and identify areas for outreach or process improvement
Prepare reports and analyses on student enrollment trends and admissions performance
Collaborate with other administrative staff to coordinate services such as orientation programs from time to time
Experience and Education requirements:
Completion of secondary school is required.
Bachelor's degree or college diploma in business or public administration or other related program is preferred.
7-12 months of relative experience are required.
