Job title: Child caregiver

Workplace information: On site, Richmond Hill, ON L4C 4V7 (in employer's home)
Salary: CAD $25.00-$36.00 per hour
Terms of employment: Permanent employment Full time (30 to 40 hours per week), Day, Evening, Morning
Starts: as soon as possible

Job Requirements
Languages: English
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Other credentials: CPR Certificate, First Aid Certificate
Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
Responsibilities
· Change diapers and assist with toilet training following parents’ guidance
· Sterilize bottles and prepare infant formulas
· Assume full household responsibility in parents’ absence
· Perform light housekeeping and general cleaning
· Bathe, dress, and feed infants and children
· Discipline children according to parents’ methods
· Teach personal hygiene and support social development
· Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home
· Organize activities such as games, crafts, and outings
· Prepare and serve nutritious meals
· Supervise and care for children
· Support children’s emotional well-being
· Cook meals as required

Additional information:
Transportation/travel information: Willing to travel regularly
Work conditions and physical capabilities: Attention to detail; ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
Personal suitability: efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, organized, reliability, patience, honesty
