Salary: $34.50 - $36.50 hourly (to be negotiated) / 30.00 to 40.00 hours per week

Responsibilities
• Inspect, measure, and mark surfaces to determine material requirements and layout
• Cut and fit underlayments and underpadding according to specifications
• Measure, cut, and install carpet on floors in residential settings
• Install hardwood, laminate, vinyl, and other flooring materials with precision
• Prepare subfloors by cleaning, leveling, and removing old flooring or debris
• Accurately estimate material quantities and project costs
• Apply adhesives and use appropriate fastening techniques for each material
• Install floor and wall coverings on various surfaces, including stairs and feature walls
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism in customer service and client interactions
