Position Summary The Daycare Teacher plays a vital role in shaping the foundational years of a child’s education. You will create a nurturing, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment where children feel safe, respected, and inspired to learn. You will guide children through hands-on Montessori lessons, encourage independent exploration, and support their natural curiosity. The successful candidate will foster development in all areas—academic, social, emotional, and physical—while respecting each child’s unique pace and personality. Collaboration and communication are essential to this position. You will work closely with colleagues and staff to maintain a consistent and supportive learning atmosphere and engage parents as valued partners in their child’s education.
