Responsibilities:
• Allocate material, human and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs
• Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
• Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions or departments
• Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning
• Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
• Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions
• Select middle managers, directors or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions
• Supervise staff in various areas of responsibility
• Design, develop and implement information systems business solutions; Lead technical team member that support and transform our business operations with the latest technology
• Plan, design and co-ordinate the development, installation, integration and operation of computer-based systems; Lead a team of driven individuals dedicated to the research, design, and development of the next-generation information and automation systems that will drive the rapid growth and diversification of the company
• Develop and execute technological strategies that realize the innovative visions of Nimbus Distro. Help transition the company to an IT-centric organization
• Manage the information and technology systems across all company functions
