Key Responsibilities: • Conduct regular inspections of warehouse, office, and retail facilities to identify and address maintenance or safety issues. • Perform minor repairs on lighting, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems; coordinate contractors for major repairs when required. • Carry out general maintenance tasks including painting, drywall patching, caulking, and basic carpentry. • Assemble, install, and maintain shelves, storage racks, display fixtures, and office furniture. • Monitor and maintain facility systems such as HVAC filters, fire extinguishers, doors, and lighting to ensure safe operation. • Maintain dock doors, pallet racks, and storage areas in safe and functional condition. • Move and reposition furniture, equipment, and supplies to support operational needs. • Maintain inventory of maintenance tools, materials, and spare parts; prepare purchase orders as needed. • Keep maintenance areas, exterior spaces, parking lots, and walkways clean, safe, and clear of debris or snow. • Assist contractors or skilled tradespersons during specialized maintenance or repair work. • Perform preventive maintenance and maintain accurate records of completed work. • Work independently while adhering to safety standards and company procedures.
