Permanent and F/T CARWASH SUPERVISOR

TARGET CLEAN PLUS LTD. dba Target Hand Car Wash and Detail in Port Coquitlam Seeks a Permanent and F/T CARWASH SUPERVISOR. Duties: • Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff. • Establish methods to meet work schedules. • Prepare work schedule and coordinate the work activities with other departments. • Inspect work sites and facilities to ensure established safety and cleanliness standards are met. • Recommend or arrange for additional services required such as painting, repair work, replacement of parts and equipment. • Resolve work-related problems and prepare and submit progress and other reports. • Hire and train cleaning staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policies. • Prepare budget, estimate costs and keep financial records. • Requisition supplies and materials. • Ensure that car wash equipment and systems are operating efficiently and perform routine maintenance as needed. • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and products. • Monitor quality of work and ensure customer satisfaction through rigorous quality control. • Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner. • Receive payment for specialized cleaning jobs REQUIREMENTS: - Completion of secondary school - 2 ~ 3 years of related work experience - $36.60 per hour based on 30 to 40 hours per week - Proficiency in English Send your resume to: Email: targetcleanplus@hotmail.com Address: #9-3160 WESTWOOD ST, PORT COQUITLAM, BC, V3C 3L7
