MISSION SUSHI LTD. dba MISSION HILLS SUSHI in Mission, BC seeks a Permanent and F/T RESTAURANT MANAGER.
Duties:
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations.
- Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures.
- Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance.
- Monitor revenues to determine labour cost.
- Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget.
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
- Control inventory, monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices.
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
- Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant’s profits.
- Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms.
- Organize and maintain inventory.
- Recruit, supervise and train staff.
- Conduct performance reviews.
- Cost products and services.
- Address customers' complaints or concerns.
- Provide customer service.

Requirement:
Completion of Secondary School
3 years to less than 5 years of related work experience
Proficiency in English
Hourly Wage: $37 per hour based on 30~40 hours per week
