Jo and John Meat Produce & Delicatessen Ltd located at 2001 Wharton Way Mississauga , Ontario L4X 2B2 is looking for Butcher-retail or wholesale( NOC 63201) to join our team

Tasks
Clean meats to prepare for processing or cutting
Cut carcasses, sides and quarters
Prepare special cuts of meat ordered by customers
Cut, trim and prepare standard cuts of meat
Wrap and package prepared meats
Remove bones from meat
Weigh meats for sale
Supervise other butchers, meat cutters and fishmongers
Grind meats
Make special sausages
Shape, lace and tie roasts, other meats, poultry and seafood
Prepare special orders
