Responsibilities
• Inspect automotive service equipment to determine repair and maintenance requirements
• Repair or replace defective or worn-out parts and components using hand, power, or specialized tools
• Test and adjust repaired equipment to ensure proper functionality and compliance with operational standards
• Calibrate tools and equipment using manual and electronic diagnostic tools
• Perform preventive and routine maintenance as per manufacturer guidelines (lubrication, filter replacement, etc.)
• Document maintenance and repair activities in service logs for compliance and tracking
• Assist with installation and configuration of new equipment following technical specifications
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment in accordance with safety protocols
• Ensure all process steps are completed accurately according to workplace procedures
• Identify and report safety hazards, worn-out tools, or equipment malfunctions
• Monitor tool and parts inventory and notify supervisor of restocking needs
• Support team members with basic operational guidance on equipment handling
