Salary: $36.00 hourly / 40 hours per Week
Terms of employment: Permanent employment Full-time, Day, Evening, Night, Weekend

Languages: English
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Credentials: Food Safety Certificate, Safe Food Handling certificate
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Responsibilities
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff preparing and serving tea beverages
• Establish and maintain work schedules to ensure efficient operations
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
• Ensure that tea beverages and service meet quality control standards.
• Prepare budget and cost estimates
• Address customers' complaints or concerns and provide solutions to enhance the guest experience
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
• Prepare and submit operational reports, including sales and inventory updates
• Manage cash handling and ensure accurate daily reconciliation
• Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies to maintain operations
• Conduct performance reviews
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
• Organize and maintain inventory to minimize waste and shortages
• Provide recommendations on drink selections by assisting customers in selecting tea and drink options based on preference
• Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
• Hire, train and supervise staff to maintain a high standard of service
• Supervise staff in various areas of responsibility
• Ensure service and ambiance reflect the poetic and leisurely atmosphere of Eastern tea culture
