OCK TOUR LTD. in Coquitlam, BC seeks a Permanent and F/T Reservation Supervisor for Travel Agency.

Position: RESERVATION SUPERVISOR for Travel Agency
Duties:
- Plan, coordinate, assign and review the work of airline reservation clerks.
- Coordinate with airline representatives on rates, discount, schedules and special package.
- Establish work schedules and procedures.
- Hire and train staffs in job duties.
- Promote airline packages to customers.
- Determine work procedures, prepare work schedules, assign duties for reservation agents.
- Record and file all reservation correspondence neatly and accurately.
- Resolve work related problems and report to the director.
- Prepare and submit progress reports and routine reports.

Requirement:
- Completion of secondary school
- 2~3 years of related work experience
- Proficiency in English

Hourly Wage: $29.00 per hours / 30~40 hours per week
