On site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage and motivate staff, by Ensuring that employees are adequately instructed in customer service techniques and product knowledge.
2. Formulate and execute sales strategies that are tailored to supplements, analyze sales data, and establish store objectives.
3. Assist consumers in the selection of suitable supplements, address any inquiries or complaints, and provide exceptional customer service.
4. Conduct consistent training sessions on the appropriate application of sales techniques, health benefits, and product knowledge.
5. Develop visually attractive product displays to draw in customers and emphasize new supplement products or promotions.
6. Plan in-store promotions to increase sales and engage consumers, such as informational sessions or sampling.
7. Improve the shopping experience and effectively address the requirements of customers by fostering relationships and encouraging feedback.
8. Guarantee compliance with company policies and health regulations concerning product safety and labeling.
9. Maintain precise records of employee performance, inventory, and sales.
