Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: 1 year related experience

Shifts:
• Day/Evening/Night shifts
• Monday to Friday

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Supervise and coordinate the tasks of staff responsible for food preparation and portioning
2. Train staff in job duties, hygiene practices, and safety protocols
3. Estimate and requisition ingredients and supplies
4. Monitor and enforce standards for food service and quality assurance
5. Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues
6. Keep detailed records of inventory, maintenance, sales, and waste
7. Prepare and submit necessary reports

• 2-3 people
• Kitchen Helpers or Food Counter Attendants
