Job Vacancies: 2 COOKS

• Prepare and cook individual Asian and Fusion dishes and menus.
• Prepare and make sauces for cooking.
• Improve and suggest menu items.
• Estimate food requirements and cost.
• Monitor food stocks and kitchen supplies.
• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment.
• Supervise and train kitchen helpers.

Requirements:
Completion of Secondary school
2~3 years of work experience in commercial cooking
$18.00~$19.00/hour based on 30~40 hours/week
Basic English
