Keifuku Sushi Restaurant Ltd. is looking for a F/T, Permanent Cook in Windsor.

Position: Cook
Available Position: 1
Wage: $17.00- 19.00 per hours (Depending on experience)
Work Hours: 30 – 40 hours per week/Ability to do shift work according to work schedule (daytime, evenings, nights, weekends)
Terms of Employment: Full-time, Permanent
Benefit: 4% of gross salary or 10 days paid vacation
Work Location: 532 Pelissier Street, Windsor, ON N9A 4L1
Job Duties:
-Prepare complete meals and all menu items.
-Plan new menu items and develop seasonal and special menus.
-Keep kitchen clean and sanitized.
-Train other kitchen helpers in preparation, cooking and handling food items.
-Maintain and operate kitchen equipment according to rules and regulations
-Keep inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment

Requirements:
-Completion of secondary school
-2-3 years’ work experience as a commercial cook is required or completion of a 3-year apprenticeship program at a culinary institution.
-English is required
