Tasks
• As a food assembler for Quiznos Sub, you will be tasked to assist in preparing and assembling sandwiches according to customer orders, following standardized recipes and portion sizes.
• Slice meats, cheeses, and vegetables, and bake bread in order to have all the necessary ingredients ready for sandwich assembly.
• Toast sandwiches as required, ensuring that the bread is warm and crispy.
• Interact with Quiznos customers, take their orders, answer inquiries about menu items, and provide recommendations when requested.
• Ensure excellent customer service by being attentive, friendly, and efficient in serving customers.
• Maintain proper food safety and hygiene standards, including following food handling procedures and health regulations.
• Regularly clean and sanitize work areas, utensils, and equipment to prevent cross-contamination.
• Manage kitchen inventory by monitoring ingredient levels, restocking items, and tracking expiration dates.
• Keep the work environment clean, organized, and presentable, including the dining area.
• Collaborate with Quiznos team members, including cooks, supervisors, and managers, to ensure smooth operations within the restaurant.
• Assist colleagues during busy periods, coordinate order flow, and contribute to a positive work atmosphere.
