Position: Purchase Clerk
Procurement Management: Handle the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, negotiating, and securing advantageous terms with suppliers.
Order Processing: Efficiently process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of goods and services.
Vendor Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with suppliers to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and reliability.
Inventory Control: Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent shortages and overstock situations, optimizing stock turnover.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all procurement transactions, contracts, and agreements.
Cost Analysis: Conduct cost analysis and market research to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 1 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Hours: Minimum 30 Hours Per Week
Salary: $ 29.00 Per Hour
