Duties and Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
Assign duties and prepare work schedules
Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
Ensure excellent customer service by maintaining a knowledgeable and customer-focused team.
Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and restocking products.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, implementing strategies to achieve sales targets.
Train and onboard new staff members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Ensure the visual standards and image of the store are maintained, such as store displays, signage and cleanliness
Resolve customer complaints or inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Collaborate with management to develop and implement store policies and procedures.
Skills and Qualification:
Previous experience in a retail supervisory role.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in inventory management.
Ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve goals.
Proficient in basic computer applications.
Job Type: Full-time
Hours: Minimum 30 Hours Per Week
Salary: $ 18.00 Per Hour
Experience Required : On the Job training will be provided.
