Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Assume full responsibility and care of two children (16 and 12 year old) during the absence of the parents and maintain a safe and healthy environment
- Discipline children according to the methods requested by the parents
- Tend to emotional well-being of the children
- Assist with evening routine
- Preparation of nutritious meals and snacks
- Organise and supervise children’s activities
- Accompany children to and from school/appointments
- Assist with e-learning/homework
- Light housekeeping
- Care of family pets

Work Environment:
- Non-smoking
- Working within the employer’s home

Job Requirements:
- Education: Secondary - General Course (Diploma) Completed
- 1 year of job-related experience
- Languages: English or French
- Skills: Initiative, Organized, Judgement, Flexibility, Reliability, Effective interpersonal skills, Client Focus

Salary: $16.00/hour (Negotiable, based on experience)
Hours per week: 40 Hours

Basic Schedule:
Monday: 12h00 to 20h00 with breaks
Tuesday: 12h00 to 20h00 with breaks
Wednesday: 12h00 to 20h00 with breaks
Thursday: 12h00 to 20h00 with breaks
Friday: 12h00 to 20h00 with breaks
Saturday: Off
Sunday: Off
