Tasks:
- The Retail Store Supervisor at the Langley location of FAS Consulting Group Ltd. will lead and inspire a dedicated team at the 'On The Run' Convenience Store and Chevron Gas Station.; You will ensure they are well-trained, motivated, and equipped to provide outstanding customer service.
- You are expected to set and maintain rigorous customer service standards to ensure that every visitor to our 'On The Run' store receives an outstanding experience.; Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and expeditiously.
- You will evaluate the supply and availability of stocks, optimizing inventory levels.; You will be implementing measures to prevent stock damages, theft, and wastage.; You will be monitoring shelf stocks and product displays to enhance the overall appearance of the store.
- As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will ensure that the 'On The Run' Convenience Store and Chevron Gas Station are consistently well-maintained, clean, and organized, adhering to both company guidelines and regulatory requirements.; You will vigilantly monitor and maintain the operational status of equipment, such as cash registers and fuel dispensers, to guarantee they are in proper working order.
- Your primary responsibility will also be to enforce safety and security protocols to safeguard our staff, customers, and valuable company assets.; You will act promptly in response to security incidents or emergencies and liaise with relevant authorities as required.
- You will supervise daily cash handling procedures, prepare daily cash reports, and ensure accuracy in financial transactions.; Assisting in managing costs and adhering to the budget, with a strong focus on optimizing profitability for our 'On The Run' convenience store.
- The Retail Store Supervisor will maintain comprehensive knowledge of our product offerings, promotions, and pricing in order to assist customers effectively.; You will be planning and executing compelling merchandising and promotional strategies to drive sales locally.
- You are expected to ensure full compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements at our 'On The Run' Convenience Store and Chevron Gas Station.; Regularly generating comprehensive reports on store performance, sales metrics, and operational effectiveness.
- You are required to collaborate in managing back-end operations, including restocking, supply chain coordination, and human resource management for the 'On The Run' store.; Working in close partnership with the central office to ensure smooth operations and seamless coordination.
- You will be creating staff schedules, delegating responsibilities, and consistently monitoring performance while offering guidance and feedback.; Training new staff members and schedule shifts to ensure efficient store operations.
- You will keep records of expenditure, sales figures, and employee performance and implement cost-control measures to maximize profit margins.
- The Retail Store Supervisor will be investigating market trends and offer products that appeal to customers.
