Asian Food World located at 639 Princess Street, Kingston Ontario is looking for a Retail Sales Supervisor for a salary of; $17.00 per hour for 40.0 hours per week.

Qualifications;
• Minimum one year retail sales experience is required.
• Must have excellent customer service, organizational and communication skills
• Must be able to work weekends and overtime if required
• Must be able to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Completion of secondary (high) school is required
• Proficient in oral and written English is required


Job Duties
• Supervise part-time sales staff and cashiers.
• Assist the Manager in interviewing and selecting staff.
• Train new staff and analyze staff evaluations and provide feedback.
• Schedule shifts for staff.
• Monitor inventory reports and place orders when required.
• Greet and assist customers.
• Respond to customer complaints tactfully and professionally, and report to the Manager, if required.
• Protect staff and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment and ensuring all health, safety and security regulations are adhered to and required standards are met.
• Complete all necessary daily reports at the end of each shift.
• In the absence of the Manager carry out the daily operation of the business.
