Neet Janitorial Services is a professional commercial cleaning services provider across lower mainland. We offer our services to commercial sector, townhouse strata, retail stores, and offices across Surrey, Delta, White Rock and other lower mainland areas. Our staff is highly experienced and trained in cleaning services. We understand our clients' requirements and strive to provide the best services. Currently, we are looking for a Building Cleaner to support our business.

Education: No degree, certificate or diploma

Experience: 1 to less than 7 months

Responsibilities:
• Perform regular cleaning and maintenance with various cleaning tools and equipment.
• Sweep, scrub, wax, and polish floors using brooms, mops, or powered scrubbing and waxing machines.
• Empty the trashcans and transport waste to collection areas.
• Use time management and efficient cleaning methods to meet deadlines.
• Clean and polish glass doors, mirrors, and other surfaces to maintain professional appearance.
• Order and stock cleaning supplies based on current workload and upcoming jobs.
• Distribute clean towels and toiletries.
• Handle equipment, chemicals, and materials properly and with caution.
• Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities.
• Brush and mop internal entrance stairs and first-floor stairway.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other similar areas according to established protocols.
• Dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture.
