Gaurika Foods on Victoria is looking for Permanent, Full-time positions for Retail store supervisor to assist in running our new and growing
restaurant and could join immediately.

Location: Victoria, BC.
Positions Available: 1 (One)
Anticipated Start date: As soon as possible.
Compensation: $ 22.75 per hour
Work hours: 30 hours/week
Terms: Permanent Full-Time
Language of Work: English
Job duties and Responsibilities:
• Supervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
• Plan and prepare work schedules and assign sales workers to duties
• Operate cash registers and authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
• Sell merchandise to customers
• Check merchandise to make sure it’s correctly priced, displayed, and meets quality standards
• Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortage
• Replenish the sales floor
• Monitor inventory levels and reorder as needed
• Monitor and prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
• Hire and train employees to use equipment and complete job-related tasks such as using the
cash register, greeting customers, and handling customer complaints
• Evaluate employee performance and identify areas to improve
• Maintain store health and safety procedures; Make sure the store is clean and organized.

Skills and Education:
1-2 years of related experience
Completion of Secondary School
