Job Description for the position of Food Service Supervisor at Donair Shack is as:

• Establish methods to meet work schedules.
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures; and ensure compliance.
• Estimate and order ingredients and supplies.
• Ensure food service and quality control.
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage.
• Prepare budget, cost estimates, and submit reports.
• Address customers' complaints or concerns.
• Other related duties as required.

Skills and Experience requirement:

• Minimum 1 year experience is required.
• Secondary school education is required.
• Ability to work late evenings, night shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to communicate in English.
