Processing documentation related to business activities; Maintaining files, copying, answering phone calls, data entry, sorting, opening and distributing mail; Order office supplies and maintaining equipment; Determine and establishing office procedures; Schedule and confirming appointments; Assisting in all inquiries including billing and/or invoicing questions, Control & coordinate flow of information with vendors; Maintain manual & computerized filing systems, Organize meetings including recording and preparing minutes of meetings.
Degree/Diploma in a related field or 1-2 years of equivalent experience required. Ability to multitask; work under pressure; Attention to detail; Fast-paced environment; Excellent written communication. Knowledge of MS Office would be an asset.
