Menya Kouji Enterprises Inc. dba Ramen Gaoh in Burnaby seeks a Permanent and F/T FOOD SERVICE SUPERVISOR.

Duties:
• Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of staff
• Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys
• Estimate and order supplies required.
• Establish procedures so that staffs are able to do their tasks and meet their schedules.
• Establish work schedules for staff.
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage.
• Train staff with their respective job duties in particular sanitation and safety procedures.
• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
• Resolve work-related problems.

Requirements:
Completion of Secondary school
2~3 years of experience in a related field
$20.00~$22.00/hour based on 35~40 hours/week
Proficiency English
