Currently, we are searching for a Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team.

Education:
College/CEGEP or equivalent experience

Experience:
2 years to less than 3 years

Security and Safety:

Job Requirements:
•Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations.
•Opening and closing the restaurant.
•Sourcing better deals on all resources and equipment that warrant replacing or replenishing.
•Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms.
•Arrange for new employees’ proper onboarding (scheduling trainings and ordering uniforms).
•Calculate future needs in kitchenware and equipment and place orders, as needed.
•Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
•Address customers' complaints or concerns and provide customer service.
•Conducting payroll activities in an accurate, timely manner.
•Purchasing new ingredients, kitchen utensils, and equipment as stock is damaged or depleted.
•Perform regular inspection of food and beverage preparation and presentation and maintain inventory to enhance sales.
•Coordinate with Manager for everyday operation and maintain financial and administrative records.
