Job Duties:
• Plan, organize, direct control, and evaluate the daily operations of a restaurant.
• Hire staff and oversee staff training.
• Determine types of services to be offered and implement operational procedures.
• Control inventory
• Address customer complaints and concerns
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
• Negotiate arrangements with suppliers of food and other supplies.
• Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance.
• Negotiate arrangements with clients for catering and big orders.
