Karnoor Enterprises Inc. dba Whistler Husky Market is looking for TWO permanent full-time Delicatessen Supervisors who could join immediately. The following are the requirements for the job.

Location: 2101 Lake Placid Rd, Whistler, BC V0N 1B2

Title: Delicatessen Supervisors
Anticipated Start date: Immediate
Compensation: $22.00 per hour
Work hours: 30 hours/week
TERMS: PERMANENT FULL-TIME
Positions Available: TWO

Job duties and responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate sales/deli staff and cashiers
Assign sales workers to duties
Set deli priorities, schedule deli prep goals, and supervise clerks.
Operate cash registers and authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
Sell merchandise to customers
Replenish sales/deli floor
Maintain reports of deli and cheese department waste.
Comply with health and safety regulations for production, holding, handling, and
labeling.
Monitor and prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
Keep the store tidy and attractive
Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff.


Skill requirements
Education: Completion of secondary school
Work experience: 1-2 years of experience
