Don Diego's is looking for 2 Permanent, Full-time Line Cooks who could join us immediately. The details are given below.

Work Location: 3212 Kalum St, Terrace, BC V8G 2M9
Position: Line Cook
Position Available: 2
Compensation: $16 per hour
Hours per week: 40 hours per week
Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible

Job duties and Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
Supervise the kitchens helpers and schedule their work shifts.
Oversee kitchen operations
Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
May clean kitchen and work area
May plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies
May hire and train kitchen staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food.

Skill and Requirements:

Completion of Secondary School
1 – 2 years of related cooking experience
