Job Description:
-Communicate electronically with computer users experiencing difficulties to determine and document problems experienced
-Consult user guides, technical manuals and other documents to research and implement solutions.
-Reproduce, diagnose and resolve technical problems encountered by users.
-Provide advice and training to users in response to identified difficulties.
-Provide users with business systems, network and Internet support in response to identified difficulties.
-Participate in the redesign of applications and other software.

Requirements
-Minimum of one years of experience in IT Help Desk/Support or equivalent combination of education and experience required;
-Certifications in Microsoft, CompTIA A+/Network+ are an asset;
-Willing to work overtime and during the weekend
