• Manage the mail
• Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings
• Order office supplies and maintain inventory
• Answer and relay telephone calls and messages
• Set up and maintain filing systems
• Greet visitors, and direct visitors to appropriate person
• Record and prepare minutes of meetings
• Completion of high school
• Completion of one or two year college or other administrative assistant or secretary program or previous clerical experience.
• Full time, Permanent position
• Wage: $22.00/Hour
